To be eligible for the BeFibre Contract Buyout scheme, you must have at least one months remaining on your existing contract with your current provider. The BeFibre Contract Buyout scheme cannot be combined with the BeFibre Refer-a-Friend scheme. The BeFibre Contract Buyout scheme is only available on BeFibre 12-month & 18-month contracts and is not available on 30-day ‘FlexiMonth’ contracts. The Contract Buyout scheme reimbursement amount is dependent upon the BeFibre product that you choose (up to £125 on Be150, up to £150 on Be500, up to £175 on Be900 and up to £200 on Be2300) and dependent upon the amount your current provider charges you for leaving your contract early e.g. if you choose Be900 and your Early Termination Fee (ETF) with your current provider is £137 then we will reimburse you £137, if the ETF is £185 we will only reimburse you £175. You must be able to upload an Invoice / bill to the Online Portal confirming you have been charged an early termination fee clearly showing the amount. The cash reimbursement amount can be paid into a UK bank account or a PayPal account. The validation period for compensation payment is up to 60 days from sale being placed. Customer must have had BeFibre services installed, paid first bill and cleared the Be-Guarantee before funds will be transferred. The BeFibre Contract Buyout scheme can be withdrawn at any time.
